How do I change or cancel my order?
Contact our customer care team via email info@marleysatelier.com to make changes to or cancel your order. Please note that once your order has been shipped we can no longer make changes to the items or address details.

How long does it take to ship?
We generally fulfil and dispatch your order the same day if you order before 17:00. You can check the shipping timeframes in our shipping and returns pages.

Do you offer returns?
We offer returns. Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

  • The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with tags and packing. 

We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item. Please ensure to track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.

What is the sizing like?
Please view our size charts that are located on the product pages. Most of our pieces run in an oversized fit. For further sizing help please feel free to message us on social media or email customer care.
